Description
Composite is made of parallel layers of untwisted, single polyester threads covered with polypropylene. The special recipe of our polypropylene coating ensures an optimal compound with the polyester fibres and is resistant to most chemical solvents, caustics and acids.
Due to its high abrasion protection it is well suited for any product with rough surfaces and edges. Available from 200 to 1500 daN.
The usage of polyester composite strapping is easy and safe. You can apply the strapping system to your cargo with the tensioners and wire buckles in short time, with minimum force and without any risk to damage the cargo’s surface.
The polyester composite does not split, is flexible and can be used universally to many applications. For all composite belts we recommend to use our galvanised wire buckles. In several test they have performed better than others.
